How do I get started?

Just sign up for the FACES Foundation. It’s designed to help you ease into training with full support from day one.

I haven’t exercised in years. Is this for me?

Yes. Most of our members started the same way. Every session is coached and adjusted to your level.

What if I miss sessions during my trial?

No problem. We offer flexible times so you can move sessions around and still stay on track.

Do I need to bring equipment?

No. Everything is provided. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.

Is this suitable for beginners or people with injuries?

Yes. Many of our members have joint issues, back pain or are complete beginners. Our coaches adapt everything to your needs.
